71php Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for All Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 71php ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using any part of the 71php website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

If you are accessing 71php on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the person on whose behalf you are acting also agrees to these Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to real-money gaming at 71php is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 71php or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.

71php applies identity and age verification (KYC) checks to all accounts. We reserve the right to request supporting documents at any stage of account operation. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable policies.

3Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 71php platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being withheld pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of any deposited funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 71php will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. 71php is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency

All deposits, bets, wins, and withdrawals at 71php are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process.

Supported Payment Methods

71php supports Philippine Peso transactions via the following channels: GCash e-wallet, Maya e-wallet, Philippine online banking via Instapay, and direct bank transfer via PESONet. Payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time. The current list of active payment options is displayed on the Deposit page inside your account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 71php reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

Minimum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified per payment method and are displayed on the relevant transaction pages within your account. These minimums are subject to change with prior notice.

5Gaming Rules

All games available on the 71php platform — including slot games, live casino titles, sports betting markets, eBingo, fishing games, and table games — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms.

RNG and Fair Play

All RNG-based games (slots, table games, eBingo) use certified Random Number Generator systems. Each outcome is statistically independent of previous results. Live casino games are operated by professional dealer studios using real cards, wheels, and dice under controlled conditions.

Bets Are Final

Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify your bet amount and selection before confirming. 71php is not liable for errors made by the player during bet placement.

Technical Faults

In the event of a verified system error, technical fault, or disconnection that affects the outcome of a game round, 71php reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. In cases where game outcomes cannot be verified due to a technical fault, the bet will be voided. The decision of 71php on these matters is final.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including PBA basketball, NBA, football, boxing, volleyball, and esports — are subject to the specific rules of each market. Odds are as displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Live in-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time based on the status of the event. Any bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.

6Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 71php may offer bonuses, cashback, reload offers, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional activity on the platform:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of 71php and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — withdrawal eligibility is subject to any applicable wagering requirements stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or circumventing terms — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• 71php reserves the right to recover any bonus-derived winnings if a bonus was claimed in violation of applicable terms.

7Responsible Gaming

71php is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity. These include:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — notifications after extended play periods.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent restriction from the platform.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 71php platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and branding — is the intellectual property of 71php or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without express written permission.

The 71php name and logo are brand identifiers of the platform. Their use in any context outside of referring to the platform itself requires prior written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

71php provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and accurate functionality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 71php is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• 71php is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with account security requirements.
• 71php is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment processor delays.
• In any case where liability is established, it is limited to the amount of funds held in your 71php account at the time the claim arises.

11Changes to These Terms

71php reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
